A question about Thyroid TSH levels.?
Why if my TSH level is 23, do I not have any symptoms related to hypothyroidism? I now weigh 168 lbs, the same as I did 30 years ago. I still have all or most of my hair. I am not weak and rundown. I feel great. I am not depressed or even think of bad things. I have no goiter growing on my neck. I continually look for things to do, I hate to sit down and watch TV. I sleep great, and go to sleep in about 2-3 minutes, even after drinking a cup of coffee. In addition to wanting to know why I don't have symptoms; I would like to know if having a 23 level on my TSH test is life threatening, or dangerous in any way?

You may assume the test result is wrong and do another test at another place.

The value of T3 and T4 plays much more role than TSH for clinical symptoms.

Greater than normal levels may indicate:--
* Congenital hypothyroidism (cretinism)
* Exposure to mice (lab workers or veterinarians)
* Primary hypothyroidism
* Thyroid hormone resistance
* TSH-dependent hyperthyroidism
Consult an Endocrinologist.

A few months ago, I was very sick, zero energy, freezing cold, depressed, weight gain, thought I was dying. I read every word of this Hypothyroidism Revolution program and followed all the advice. My life turned around the first week. I started to feel human again. Within weeks my energy came back and I felt like living again.

Not medically qualified so obviously ask your dctor because his opinion > mine. But I do not see anyway that creatine could affect your TSH.
