If I don't vote for 0bama will he send a drone to assassinate me?
Apparently due process no longer applies to Americans.
@Thomas - This question was not about the use of drones, I agree they work and fully support their use. What bothers me is that now the president, whoever he may be, has the authority to execute American citizens without due process.

It's not likely, but the precedent of assassination of American citizens has been set.
If Bush had sent drones to kill US citizens, some liberals probably would have said that he was silencing someone who knew 9/11 was an inside job, or something like that.

The problem with our electorate is that we don't take things seriously and this question is a perfect example of the silliness. Whether you support Obama or not, the drone program has been extremely successful in eliminating many known terrorists. The drone program also allows fewer boots on the ground and thus fewer casualties for our men and women in the armed forces.
