14week husky jealous?
my boyfriend got puppy and he is 14weeks old now and showing sign of being jealous when me and my boyfriend cuddle up either in bed, on sofa the pup doesn't like this
the pup is fine with me when im playing with him, but when I get in to bed he starts lunging at me, nipping me, and when me and boyfriend are cuddling he jumps on us and starts nipping me. is the nipping still him teething or being nasty?
what can we do for him to accept me? my boyfriend feeds him, we all walk him, play with him, discipline him when he being naughty, but he starts on me for some reason. help please. no time wasters please.
(all live under his parent roof, me and boyfriend have been together three years, so im not breaking up with him, we need advise on methods and anyone who has been through this before.)
dog has plenty of chew toys, I do walk him by myself sometimes, Im hoping its just him teething and he sees me as some one to play rough with. I haven't tried being the sole person feeding him, and well be taking him training soon.
thanks for advise lauren

You might want to try feeding the puppy by hand, and becoming the sole food source for the puppy -your boyfriend will no longer give the puppy his meals. He will come to see you as a leader, and will be less likely to nip you. You might also go to puppy training classes with him or take him for a walk by yourself - he needs to bond with you. He could also be teething, he's still young, so provide him with plenty of chew toys.
