Do pharmacist's salaries increase significantly with years of experience?

I've been researching pharmacist salaries for over a week. The general conclusion is, they make about 110,000 a year on average, and their day-to-day is usually the same for the rest of their career, so they wont make any huge significant increase in salary. Is this generally true?

Any pharmacist with decades of experience welcome to answer, yours will be most appreciated.

It depends on how productive you are as a pharmacist. If you're good and have a lot of business you will be able to get a raise.
