Want to do the Insanity workout but need ideas on what to place over my ceramic tile floors?

I want to purchase the insanity workout and get through it, but the only problem is that my entire house is ceramic tile. Its too cold to do the workout outside, is there any specific mat or anything I can purchase to place over the tile so I can run/jump without worrying about breaking the tile?

I talked to a tile guy. He did not think of ceramic could postpone properly. He stated porcelain tile as its PSI score is fairly extreme. the coolest high quality tile is expensive and the floor prep for a storage must be acceptable. No mastic, yet mortar mattress with finished touch (back butter the tiles). you would be able to ought to make a sort decrease by the tile and approximately an inch into the concrete for improve/contraction in case you reside in an extremely chilly portion of the rustic. not saying you won't be able to do it, yet vinyl tile, epoxy or those lay down mats (try Costco) may well be much less complicated and much less $$. ultimate of success!

Go to sportsauthority.com or a sporting goods store and search/look for yoga mats. They are perfect for that. They use them often on those DVDs
