how to deal with my pissing off teacher?

I'm at a passing grade in maths and i am a tennis player, my mother played tennis so she finds important that i train. My maths tutor at home wants to come at 11:00 AM, my training is at 10:00 and an hour and there is traffic around the area where the tennis club is! I tried doing everything i can, i asked my teacher if he can come at least 15 minutes later he said no and he said he'll try to come the next day so everything was sorted then i found out he called my mother and she got mad and i am not going to train tomorrow! My friend is a horserider which is another sport I do and the stables are in the club where i do tennis and i haven't seen my horse in 2 weeks and i miss him like crazy, saturday is my only training day and i was sick last week! So any ideas how to deal with this teacher because this is the second time he does this to me i tried to do everything i even offered to let him come as late as possible or early but no i can't cancel his lesson its either his way or the highway i could literally shoot him right now! Please give me serious answers I want to train and i desperately miss my horse!! what can i do, i dont mind if you say piss him off subtly because he goes crying every little whim to my mother who's main interest is school.
