Question about unemployment benefits?

My husband was laid off in late 2010 and collected unemployment until he started a new job in January 2012. After just 4 weeks he was fired today. He was both set up for failure because of lack of training and was not given extra help like his co-workers had even up until today.

He still has a few week's worth of money showing in his old unemployment case. Should he file for that money or open a new case entirely?

Ask your state unemployment agency. Getting it wrong can be a financial and legal disaster.
