How do you ensure your indoor cat has enough exercise?

The solution is to get another kitty! They'll give each other plenty of exercise and all the stimulation they need. They'll still want to look outside, so make sure they have places where they can see out the windows, but they won't be deprived if they can't go out there.

You might also consider getting your kitty (or kitties) used to a harness and leash, so you can take them outside in safety. But still get another kitty. Two is much better than one - you'll see!

Well my cats are allowed out when ever they wan they have a cat flap but I still play with them and I think the evening is when there most playful and excited :") but indoor cats make sure they have places to climb scratch and throw toys around for them get one of those cat toys that's on a stick my cats LOVE them :)

Every time I have a few minutes or while i'm watching tv, I grab the laser light. He will chase it til he tires out. I also have a little stuffed mouse on a string. I hold it above him and move it around in circles while he chases it. My Linx Loves the play time.. He never goes outside and is very happy. :)
