I will not give you advice on ways to hurt yourself. Please get help.
edit - if you want a real answer, I resorted to beating and bruising myself on my legs. I got sick of the ugly scars on my arms. I no longer self-injure.

There's tons of ways, but they pose a greater risk. If you need to ask how to self harm, you shouldn't be doing it.
