Was that his first haircut?

We took my son to have his bangs trimmed when he was 13 months. They only did his bangs and didn't touch the back of his head at all. I thought that was his first haircut but now everyone is telling me that it doesn't count because they didn't trim all of his hair and only did his bangs. I already wrote it in the baby book and everything :/

If his hair was cut - it's a haircut.

    Plain and simple.

His hair was cut and it is written in the baby book so...That was his first haircut. You have a lock or hair to save, so that was his first haircut! YEAH!!!

And...If you got him a whole head haircut, you may be upset): when little boys get a "hair cut" they look so much older, makes them look like a "big boy". Too soon for that!
