I don't think there is a leader in laptop technology, but it is possibly HP:

However, this article says it was from back in 2007, so that may have changed. If you want my opinion also, I think it's Dell, HP, or Mac.

as far as i Know its pansonic Toughbook....even the USA special forces and militry use that.
