On Windows 7, how do I get my computer to defrag?

With Windows XP, I knew how to do this. But I can't seem to figure it out with Windows 7. Thanks for your help.

Click main Windows Start logo in lower left corner, go to Control Panel, select System,

Click on left side Performance Information and Tools, click Advanced Tools, click Open Disk Defragmenter

    A) You probably don't need to bother.

    B) If you do bother, a third-party option might be in order, such as Defraggler.

    C) Try the video if you still want to do so.
