If conservatives are afraid of the"share the wealth" crowd?

Why are they not supporting "share the tax burden" ?

The screaming heads at Faux News are scaring the ditto head sheeples who watch their drivel, and are upsetting those same ditto head sheeples by telling them the "Commies want to take their wealth and share it with the filthy poor". But the problem isn't with the poor, it's the working class that pulls the weight of the tax burden in this country. The poor are almost exempt from taxation by the very nature of the low incomes they receive, but the wealthy can use all of the tricks in the book to avoid taxation at a fair an equitable rate compared to the weight of the tax burden of the middle class. Is it, as Santorum and Romeny have said ? "They don't care" (yup, they said that)

"it's the working class that pulls the weight of the tax burden in this country."

    That's very funny!

You mean the middle class, some of which is included in the 47% of income earners who pay no federal income taxes?

The top 1% pay 40% of the taxes. The top 10% pay 70% of the taxes

Face the facts. It is the wealthy who pay by far the largest burden of taxes in this country.

Your definition of 'fair share' could use a little update. You obvioiusly have no clue, and have been drinking the liberal kool-aid. You should try some reality for a change.

"The top-earning 5 percent of taxpayers (AGI equal to or greater than $154,643), however, still paid far more than the bottom 95 percent. The top 5 percent earned 31.7 percent of the nation's adjusted gross income, but paid approximately 58.7 percent of federal individual income taxes."

Because nothing you have posted here is true.

You might want to get the tax data from the IRS where you will find that nearly all of the taxes are paid by the (gasp) rich.

    Tax burden?

There shouldn't be a tax burden. There is no need to spend so much money, and if we had brains, we would run down government enough for a fair tax to be enough.

I want nobody to pay taxes.

Afraid, no. But they are concerned about the naive, useful idiots that haven't slightest ability reason and jump onto any straw man argument that comes along. Empty attitude is no substitute for critical evaluation of the facts.

THINK about the issues, don't just react to them.

but we do blanche, we do.

there's nothing that I'd like more than to see the 47% of Americans that currently contribute no taxes to start "sharing their wealth."
