HVAC blower fan does not work: 1995 Pontiac Bonneville 3800 Series II?
Incidentally: Thanks to you folks who helped me out the last time. "JJ" the fan is in the top center of the firewall. Thank you very much again!
Question: When I rap on it with the hilt of a screwdriver the blower fan comes on then goes off immediately. (a little noisy, but it comes on). Does this mean it's the FAN or does it mean the RESISTOR?

Could be either one. Rapping on it is not a valid test.
There should be two wires going into the blower. Put battery 12V and ground to those wires and see if the blower motors works good. If yes it's the resistors, if not it's the blower.
