Nice to see that Unite are now trying to organise a strike with the fuel delivery drivers isn't it ?
At the same time as with Comrade Crow of the RMT trying to disrupt the Tube over the period of the Olympics because Transport for London refuse to pay £850.00 to the membership without imposing conditions on it.
As 'old grumpy' says the dinosaurs have been awakened by the Wizard Milliband, their mouthpiece in the Labour Party. These Bolsheviks should remember those comrades who were employed in the docks,steel, shipbuilding and the mining industry and where are they now ?. All led to extinction by the their leaders who needless to say are still living on the fat of the land supported by the union pensions they awarded themselves.
Jonathan if you knew something about the money the fuel drivers make you would know that like the Tube drivers they are vastly overpaid. This is just a strike dreamed up by the Reds who run Unite to support the Labour Party and Comrade Ed Milliband, elections and democracy are like silver bullets to the Union leadership and always have been for the past forty years or so.

Yes the Dinosaurs, that slept for 13 years have suddenly come to life again. As always they will make sure that we the ordinary people will suffer even more hardship. We all know that they really would like to run the country and will do all they can to cause as much disruption as possible. That's all they are capable of doing.
Sometimes I have to ask myself, whether they have in fact been planted by a foreign government, because they seem to be doing them more favours then us.

Unite and the rest of the cronie unions are just band wagon jumpers, egged on and unleashed by their mouth-pieces - the dinosaur from the 70s Liebour party.
This time the govt has put the forces on standby as a 'lessons learned' from the previous fuel strike, and 400 forces HGV drivers are to be used to deliver fuel if necessary. The tankermen missed their golden opportunity years ago and gave into the then Liebour govt at a time when the tankermen had great support from the general public, but not so now. They really could have made a great difference for the better last time, but they wasted their chance.

Striking has long been the very last resort for trade unions, whose members after all lose money when on strike, against a global capitalist controlled government and employers who refuse to negotiate , and expect to be able to treat their workers like 19th century mill owners. The only way to gain any ground and attempt to take the country back from the crooked international bankers who currently control us all is by direct action.

are you crazy,who in their right mind wants to see a very damaging strike,apart from lunatic fringe members of the unite union. unionists today are like dinosaurs they have had their time,they are now past their sell by date.we are in one of the worst recessions the world has seen,and they come up with the suggestion to strike while the olympics is on,all they are going to do is loose a lot of their money.the government is determined that the srike wont affect anybody because they will bring the army in to drive and deliver the fuel.in my opinionthey should change the law and make it illegal to insite workers to go on strike ,make it a criminal offence.you silly lot are in a minority.dont believe me lets see the public response to my comments compared to yours.ok

Commies both of them why should The tube and bus drivers etc get extra for the olympics they are only doing their job the same as tanker drivers they are not exactly paid.
