Pain reliever can only be prescribed to your cats by a licensed veterinarian. If you believe your cat is in pain, never self medicate. Get medical help ASAP and the sooner you do so, the better the chances your cat can be diagnosed and receive proper medication.
Most if not all OTC pain reliever for humans are deadly to cats.

What kind of pain is your cat in? I'd suggest checking with a vet, since many human pain relievers are actually deadly to cats. Definitely no aspirin or anything like that.

Do not give any human meds to your cat. You will need to consult youe vet for medication they can prescribe. It all depends on where the pain is and why she has it.
Contact your vet for an apointment.

Call your vet. You cannot ever give a cat human medication without permission from the vet or you can kill your cat.
