Code requirements for Refrigerant Leak Detection System for VRF Systems?
In California, Is there a Code that requires Refrigerant Leak Detection System for Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems. ASHRAE requires for a mechanical room, but VRFs systems have refrigerant lines all through the building. What if it leaks in one of the rooms? Is there a Code, and which, requirement for a leak detection system?
