How to copy large sections of writing on Chrome?
So, I wrote a huge thing on a forum right now ... and the forum is temporarily down. I don't want to lose all the work I just did, so I was wondering if there is a way I can copy all of it? Any time I try to copy it, when i right click, everything I highlighted goes back to normal.
This if very frustrating, help?? >_>

Try CTRL+C once you have everything selected. That should copy also....
If that doesn't work, right click on the screen and click "view page source" or something like that. It may be a bit hard to find what you wrote, but it should be in there, and you should be able to copy it out of there. (try control+F to find your text in that source code)
If none of that works, you can at least save print screens. Go to the forum and hit your Print Screen button. That will take a screen shot. Open up Paint, hit control+p to paste, and save the image. You can't get the text off of it like that, but at least you have what you wrote.
