Playing the Sims 2 in Windowed Mode?
i downloaded my game from EA Origins, because there are no desktop icons i cant put the game into windowed mode.
i cant find anything on EA, not even a number to call or a person to chat with to help me with this. its really frustrating because i dont want to play in full screen mode.
i need help finding a way to get it into windowed mode.

Ok, to get the game to the desktop, find it wherever it is located and right click* it then click send to desktop. From there, go to properties and make sure you're in the shortcut tab. There will be spot that says "run" click the drop down box and set it to minimized.
I did this with another program so it should work for the sims.
*If you can't right click it and send it to the desktop, just drag it to the desktop.

Try it in the game, settings? And then Display or something? Used to play it a few years ago, but you have to change it in the game.
