I'm not really into the whole six pack and 'ripped' look where they go to the gym four days a week, don't get me wrong looking after yourself is a good thing it's just when they go overboard and end up looking like the hulk (without the greenness) l prefer natural muscles and a toned body. I like the arms the best.

I love a well built guy with a good body and well developed arm & chest muscles, but I don't like it when it's overdone and they start to look painful!

Well built with muscly arms but not too buff like.. :L i Find em sexy but if they dont suit the guy im not too bothered..
