Computer tech Question?
I need to do a factory restore on a laptop cos it's not working properly. I can only use it at all in safe mode but the restore facility doesn't work in safe mode. When it loads normal mode I can't seem to access anything. As I don't have a cd is there another way I can restore it? Thanks

You should be able to access Recovery at start up by pressing the F11, F8, F12, or (some Toshiba's the 0, zero) key. It just depends on the make and model.

Hi,
In safe mode are you able to create a rescue cd from the restore partition?
Your manual will explain how to do that.
