Why is it that my penis does this?

okay when im not hard it really small like 2 and a half in. But when it is hard it goes to like 5 and a half 6 inches maybe? Is this normal? im 16 almost 17 in 2 months. And will it get bigger?

    that's normal. in the winter time, i have to holler "SNAKE" before i can even find mine.

    It is because you have an erectile dysfunction. Seems like you're out of luck, because there is no cure or treatment for this type of erectile dysfunction.
