Hey i'm 18 years old athletic weigh about 120-121 5 foot 6 and I want to do mma but I have a birthmark on my toe and I know when you train you have to go barefoot i'm just so self conscious that people will see it it's not a mole it's just a flat circular birthmark. I know it's stupid and i'm going to start mma regardless about how I feel about that I don't care what people think usually but since I was a kid I never want to show my feet for that reason. My question is how can I overcome this stupid self conscious fear and start training to compete?

Okay i'm 17 years old weigh 120 pounds and i have been lifting for 4 1/2 months. I want to know why i only gained 2 pounds since i started. After big workouts i drink Muscle Milk and i check to see what has protein in alot of foods i eat. My body is muscular and toned out but i wanna know why i only gained 2 pounds.

I also have a very high metablism and i drink muscle milk mostly after every workout and i eat pretty healthy. I make sure to get a ton of protein. But my question is even though i only gained 2 pounds do you think that i still gained a lot of muscle?

I am going to the Wiz Khalifa 2050 tour thats going to San Jose California and i am getting the VIP meet and greet but i would like to know do you guys think they will let me take a picture with Wiz? I mean it is a meet and greet..

Its not an insult she just jokesaround but i feel there is more to it than that. What do you guys think?

Okay well im 17 and a Senior in high school and i took weight training class for the year and i would like to know how long it would take to get buff. Im 5,5 i weigh 120 pounds and i have a very high metablism. For some reason i have a 4 pack and i dont work out at all. But yeah how long would it take to get buff or "toned"?

Okay well i got my ear pierced about a month ago maybe 5 weeks ago and i took it out and its COMPLETLY uneven with my other ear. i got that ear peirced a while ago. But the ear i recently got periced dragged down my ear and i dont want it to be like this for the rest of my life. Its still fresh and stuff. Do you think it will close up?

Okay im 16 and ive been trying to figure out what i want to do with my life. Ive always been interested in Martial Arts and combat style things. I dont want to go in the army or be a cop but i want to be something that pays good of course and is related to those types of things. And i plan to get my Bachelors degree in college.

hi i got my ear pierced 4 days ago and i was wrestling with my dog and i fell on it and it came out. There was a small black circle around my ear i cleaned my ear lobe with the disinfection thing that came with the ear piercing set. Will i be okay? Also im on antibiotics for something else if that helps.

I got a tooth pulled out and my gums cleaned and im on antibiotics. My cheek is swollen up it healed from before but it is still swollen and i need it gone by tommorow. Does the swelling heal during the day while im awake? Also what can i dont to make it go away faster?
