What's the name of this anime show?
I watched an anime show on tv about 6 years ago and I want to know the name of it. There were lots of people with different powers. There was main character who I believe could freeze time??? I do remember they were all experiments and their names were always "experiment 74" or whatever their number was. The main guy may have had the power to stretch or something too.

Cyborg 009? It aired on Toonami starting in 2003, but continued to air for a few years after that.
