When in 2014 will US involvement in Afghanistan finally end?

While our countrymen continue to be maimed and killed as the war debt continues to mount in Afghanistan, we are told by the Obama administration that US involvement will end in 2014 when the last US soldier is rotated outta there.

2014 starts on January 1st 2014 and lasts for 365 long days until December 31st 2014.

At what point along that 365 days will our involvement end and the LAST US soldier is outta Afghanistan?

January 23rd? February 11th? March 16th? April 9th?, May 26th? June 6th? July 4th? August 12th? September 21st? October 12th? November 22nd? or mebbe on the very last day December 31st 2014?

Should end now, better still should never have happened. Do you know of a single war that has ever been fought where you announce to your enemy when you are going to give up? I don't, interesting strategy though.

We'll have some troops there for the next 50 years, look at Korea. As much as people say the U.S. doesn't plan long term we're actually much better at it than most other nations. Having bases there would allow us quick reactions to any potential threats in central Asia and will help stabilize the area so hopefully there will be some commercial development. Having bases there will also make Iran think twice about starting trouble and keep the Chinese from establishing a presence in the area. Having small troop levels there is very beneficial to U.S. foreign policy.

We will be there until all the terrorists are dead. Which basically means when they kick their terrorist cult leaders out and burn all their korans.. The koran is taught by all imams in every mosque and every madrassa. The koran is a series of exhortations to kill infidels, Jews, people of the book(Christians), atheists, homos, hindus, etc etc. Also to further their islam by lying, intolerance, oppression of women, enslaving women on their right hand, pedophilia by 'marrying 6 yr old little girls. Muslims do not follow the Ten Commandments of Mosaic Law, but they follow Abramic Law of an Eye for an Eye. They do not follow Jesus teachings of love, kindness, equality, but rather the worst of the Old Testament of the Bible. Most all of which was corrected by Jesus Christ.

    There is no official date.

They also said we'd be out of Iraq, and continue to say that we have no more troops in Iraq. This is all BS.

    here it is:

"Obama wants to keep 3,000-5,000 U.S. troops in Iraq into 2012"

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-secur...

    and

"The most likely area for the U.S. to place additional troops in the region would be Kuwait, where the U.S. already has 23,000 troops supporting military operations in Iraq."

All he said was ''by the end of 2014.'' No exact date. Plus, the Presidential election risks everything. If Romney wins, he can postpone the withdraw.

our involvement there will never end. dont believe anything that obama says. he is a politician. all that sneeky bastard is concerned with now is how to buffalo the voters into voting for him next year. he would tell you anything to get a vote right now. any politician is completely full of **** for the next year. once our country invades another country, it never leaves. we still have bases in every country we have ever invaded, ever.we will be there longer than any of us will be alive. those people will never adopt a democracy. any government they try to create will be destroyed by religious extremists. this will be the lever that our government will use to always keep soldiers there. we will continue to enact puppet governments to "run the country". in order for these puppet governments to function our military will have to be there to control the religion freaks.
