Any women taken captive would be married into the Jewish system, not raped...The Jews laws on this were very strict. any statement to the contrary shows lack of research.

I'll address each point individually. Children belong to GOD and he loves them. Remember he has the ability to raise them from the dead if he chooses in the resurrection. However, when he judged the world of Noah's day, Sodom, Gomorra, etc. there were very likely children alive and were also put to death due to the decisions of their parents.

Regarding slaves the nation of Israel was allowed to take slaves but they were not allowed to abuse them. Slaves were allowed to spend time with their families and were not to be treated unfairly in amy matters of law especially since the Israelites themselves were slaves in Egypt and were commanded to treat them equally.

Rape was NEVER allowed. They were allowed to take them as wives as long as they were virgins and they were not allowe to worship their false gods.

I'm not sure I do understand how people can worship a god with the moral compass of Hitler and Jeffrey Dahmer. While calling him moral and just. I think it would feel like trying to rationalize the deeds of Hitler. I think 99.9999999999% of us exhibit a stronger sense of morality than this god.

I don't know about you but I haven't killed one innocent person, let alone millions. And I don't throw my children in the basement and torture them for the rest of their lives for committing a crime or simply telling me they don't love me.
