You should train first so you dont get tired for a while doing your running. You should try getting a tredmill and doing about 10 mins a day and going up 10 mins each day you go on it this will build your running up. Also to improve your breathing you should just breath in and out slowly like you do when you are doing swimming if you know how to swim.

I been running so I think I can help you. my run time went down by 3 to 2minutes because training I DO

but I JUST TELL YOU THE RUNNING TRAINING well try keeping running pase find good running pase run up hill 2 miles doesn't matter if run 4 miles that 2miles up hill with same speed is like 5 miles the problem is need find hard up hill area also do 10 miles that will help as well do 1.5 that will test your speed its a good one to do all top runners do 1.5 and help breathing and if go up hill it hearts your breathing but when start doing it for long time you could run anywhere and breathing is really good it really help my breathing. good luck but take it easy

Well, I know a little about this. But, I would say my best tip would be to start slower and then speed up as you go further and longer.

Also, do not hold your breath! Breathe in and out, but not too hard and fast.

If you listen to music when you run like I do, you'll focus less on your perfection and more on just running!:)

    Hope this helped!

Breathe in your nose & out your mouth taking slow deep breaths!
