I am so tired and lethargic all the time?
I can never get up in the morning anymore. I have so much to do with uni as well. But I never get any decent sleep and latley I have just been having nightmares one after another all night. I will sleep for hours and hours and still be tired. This morning I woke up and I felt so worn out. I have a healthy diet, basically the only things I eat is fruit and vegtables and I go for a walk every day. I just don't understand why I feel this way all the time???

I think it is probably something to do with your nightmares. Maybe there is something in your life that is causing a lot of stress at the moment? I think it would be good if you could find some ways to relax.
I can understand what you are dealing with. I used to have bad nightmares and never got enough sleep. Actually sometimes I would wake up with blood coming out of my mouth because I had been biting on the inside of my cheek from the nightmares.
I can tell you though that you can have a good nights sleep again :) I don't know anything about you of course, but try to find something in your life that helps you to relax. For me it's playing music, but it can be anything.
Also look at any areas in your life that are causing significant stress. Stress was the only cause I had for my nightmares, once the stress is dealt with everything becomes easier. Maybe there is someone you can talk to if your feeling a lot of stress.
I'm probably way off track with what you are talking about, but I hope you can get some sleep soon :)

Perhaps it's your dreams that are trying to tell you something. You say you've been having nightmares all the time? Is there anything that you have been repressing or ignoring in your life recently? Try writing down your dreams, and trying to figure them out. Since you say you live a healthy lifestyle, this is the last thing that you most likely have not tried yet.

Maybe you are not hydrated enough..get some more water into your system.
As for the nightmares, I suggest you drink milk before going to sleep - i heard that it helps you fall asleep faster. also try taking a shower before sleeping.

it would be best to go see your dr
it could be a problem or it could be the bad dreams
try to write down what you remember from the dreams right away when you wake up see if they relate to anything in your life
explain to your dr any changes lately
