Im looking to gain a bit of weight?
Hi, I'm fourteen years old (male), and I'm just looking to gain a bit of weight for sport, ect. I'm currently about 6 feet tall, and I weigh about 65 kilograms. I exercise regularly and am pretty fit I guess. I do a tad of muscle training also. Anyway, for sport purposes I want to just bulk up, as I'm already pretty agile and strong I guess for my age, and I just want to gain a bit of weight to get the bulk edge on my opponents. I play aussie rules football too btw. I can only ever seem to get to 65, and then I usually drop back 60, and I just see saw between those two. I'm just looking for some tips on this I can do to gain about 10 or so kilos, just foods I should eat and such, thanks for the help :)

what the guy above me said is right. you can also make some home made weight gainers (dont buy weight gainer shakes, they have lots of crap in em thats really bad for you). I have one home made weight gainer shake a day which has about 1300 - 1500 calories in it, it gets you bigger in no time. You might not like it at first but after a bit it tastes pretty good :)
the recipe for the shake is
400 - 500 ml whole milk (can be skim but it has less calories) - 300 cal
1 cup oats - 300 cal
2 Tbps Olive Oil - 240 cal
4 Tbsp Peanut Butter - 400 cal
1 Banana - 100 - 120 cal
2 scoops protein powder 100 - 150 cal
2 handfuls of frozen berries - 70 - 80 cal
you can add a bit of sugar if you want it sweeter :)
Hope it helps :)
