I only have a 5.75" wrist is that weird?

I am a guy and my forearms are incredibly small and it is really embarrassing. I just measured my wrist and it is 5.75" in circumference. I have always been self conscious about my wrists and I never wear T-shirts unless I wear a long sleeve underneath. I've been trying forearm exercises, but can't seem to get results and advice would be appreciated. Plus I'm a ectomorph so I might be hard for me to gain muscle.

Wrists and ankles are kind of unusual. They're one of the places where you can't build up any muscles. They are simply going to be the size of the underlying bone. And if you've got a small frame (which you do as an ectomorph), then your wrists and ankles will be slim. Forearm exercises will build up your FOREarms, but that won't change your wrists.

There's nothing to be embarrassed about. That's just how your body is. Some of us have more robust frames, and others are more slender. I've got the same situation. If I wrap my thumb and middle finger around my wrist, they overlap about an inch. It makes finding a wristwatch that doesn't look over-sized tough, but that's the only issue I have with it. You can't change it. You just need to be less self conscious about it. You're skinny. So what? :)
