What is proper way to turn down an interview?

Well, I am currently employed. But the company is not a good fit. I have been looking at other places. I recently did a long phone interview. Honestly, I was 50/50 with the company and didn't expect a call back. They called me yesterday, leaving a message stating they would like to schedule an onsite visit and would like me to have lunch with the rest of the IT staff. Problem is I am no interested anymore and holding out for other options. Since I have gotten quite a few calls. What is the polite and professional way of turning down this interview?

Be honest. Thank them for the opportunity, but explain that you're no longer interested in the position.
