Did I pull a muscle??
I was at the Indy 500 all day sitting and this happened when I got home. When I took my shoes off, I felt my leg muscle just shift upward with a lot of pain. This happened to both legs when I took my shoes off. After this, I could barely walk. They are pretty sore when I walk now. What is it??

sounds like you have strained your calf muscles
try the the rice treatment
