Killua Zoldyck

I simply love his character. You see him kill a person with an innocent expression on his face, like it's something you wouldn't even think twice about doing, showing that if you're raised in a certain way, even the most terrible crimes seem like child’s play and something that you would just do on a whim. All the characters in the show are so well made and developed, but for me, Killua's shines through above the rest. His family life, the way he acts, just everything. He can snap from being a wonderful, fun loving kid who just wants to have fun with his best friend, never ceasing to make me laugh, to a cold blooded assassin with a mind only desiring destruction in a second. He is brilliantly made and his depth is simply immense.

My favourite moment in Hunter x Hunter is probably something I can't answer, really. It's my second favourite anime of all time, and with over a hundred episodes to choose from (both series included), it's hard to decide a "favourite moment" is with so much to choose from. I guess I'll just list a few.

- When Killua was telling Gon that when he became a hunter, he would capture his parents. That made me laugh.

- When Hisoka punches Gon and tells him to return it later. And then in Heaven's arena when he returns it

- Killua vs. Jones. Yeah, the fight was short, but when Killua plunges out his heart and first shows his killer techniques. In the original version, he crushes the heart mercilessly. Though I do laugh at the fact he gives it back to him just after he died begging Killua to return it to him

- When Gon dived into the snakes to save Leorio, risking his very own life

- The look of happiness when Gon mastered the technique he would use to get Hisoka's badge.

- When Hisoka gets blood thirsty and incredibly creepy.

- I loved the whole Greed Island OVA series.
