Guys - about those "blue balls"?
I'm just curious because it seems like a little BS. You pretty much have to finish at some point right, but do you hold your girl to it? Like it's her responsibility? It can't be difficult to just run off and jerk off if sex doesn't work out. Is it really THAT big of a discomfort if you don't finish? I dated a guy for almost two years where it was like, this just completely ruined his day.

Given the timeframe involved with the onset of pain, that would probably require him excusing himself to the bathroom when there is still hope.
Lets suppose you want to have a 1 hour "makeout session" - how would you feel about him leaving, jacking off, and coming back halfway through?
And of course, the guy doesn't want to do that incase you change your mind.
By the time the guy gives up and accepts nothing is going to happen, its already too late, an "self service" after you leave is not an instant remedy.
