My cat has a little rip on the surface/center of his eye?

Is this serious??? He doesn't seem bothered by it and he's not squinting, so does that mean he's ok or does he need to see a vet asap? i do not know if he was bleeding.

Update:

is there anything i can do because the vets wont see him, apparently they're all busy...

A rip or tear always needs immediate attention as it can lead to severe infection and loss of eyesight or loss of the eye.

If he wanted he would go in the garage at night or wherever. He is a very shy cat and is comfortable with only my dog, my dad, and I. We lived across of a canyon and now we are moving to about an acre of land. it is mostly bushes, vines, and trees.
