Question to those who claim that evil exists in the world because of human free will?

I don't know how heaven works, I haven't been there yet.

God could have created a world where free will exists but nothing evil happens.

If it were a video game, it would be "Pong."

When He created a world where bad things can happen to everybody and everything, he upped the ante and created something fun to play. It does no good to throw down the controller and complain to the Game Designer that the darned thing is just too hard. Other kids will laugh at you.

Think of Heaven as the time your mother calls you to dinner. The game is shut off, there is the lovely dinner, everyone's happy. Nobody asks you to be a mindless worship bot, you're there to rest and renew.

You still have free will. If you don't want to eat the lima beans you don't have to.

I don't think evil exist only because of free will. Evil exist because of free will, pain, suffering, and all the other ills of the world. If you create a place without hunger, pain, suffering, fear, etc., then even with our free will, there would be no need for evil. There would be nothing to gain from it because you already have everything you want and nothing to make life bad. You might say, but some people would be evil just because they can. Well, those people wouldn't be in a heaven now would they?

Evil exists because Satan introduced it to the world and 1 person was mislead while her husband chose to follow her course then blame God for creating her

The Bible book of Revelation indicates that those that go to heaven when they die have a specific purpose; they are called a royal priesthood - now, not every person who believes becomes a priest do they? Similarly not everyone believing go to heaven.

Revelation 5:10 'and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.”

Heaven has no suffering

Death is the consequence of sin and those that practice sin are punished by death.

Jesus came to save sinners but first they had to repent and change their bad practices. Without this change, their sins could not be forgiven thus no reward could be given them

God loves us and is offering us eternal life and salvation. Having free will is important to that salvation, all we have to do is make the choice. He doesn't want "a mindless worship bot" as you put it. We worship God because we love him, not because we have to. Also Evil is in the world because it's part of his plan, how can we make choices between good and evil if there is no evil?

Evil exist in the world because of Satan and his demons. They were kicked out of heaven and hurled down to the earth for misusing their free will. Satan wanted to be like God and have humans worship him. So because of his rebellion he was cast out of his heavenly home and now he has taken control over the earth misleading many. The evil in the world is getting worse because Satan knows that his time for ruling is running out. As a result he is intensifying his efforts to mislead us so that we break our integrity to Jehovah God and lose our life as well. (1John 5:19;Revelation 12:9-12)

They're going to answer with things like "god only allows good people into heaven"

The REAL question is, how could proving ones self, interfere with free will and ones choice to believe or not believe?

We have evidence of evolution yet creationists still exist on this planet.

Free will is to decide between two forms of character, good (of God), or evil (of Satan). Man has no third option--all thoughts and desires are from one of those two sources.

PS Heaven will be without the character or personality of Satan. He will be in Hell.

You are supposed to smoke that stuff, not snort it. Your mind is obviously in bad shape. When a person goes to Heaven he is rewarded with all that they can even dream of. It is what heaven is all about. Not what your earthly fleshly body desires, but what your spirit desires and needs.

God is love and gave us free will, we are not robot that has a push button.
