I fairly like Oliver, Sooty, Sammy and Sox. All of the names you indexed are best fairly. Here are a few extra strategies -- For the Black one - Lucky, Shadow, Comet, Onyx, Miles, Jet, Chance. For the Tabby - Fizz, Buttons, Missy, Boots, Lacey, Clover, Pepper, Jingle. For the Ginger Tabby you might opt for Marmalade, Honey, Amber, Mabel, Copper, Sandie.

German: Hildy, Ada, Elsa or Elsie, Gretel, Zenzi, Lorelei, Lenore, Magda, Mariele, Amala, Gertie, or any of the "Kat" names (or you could spell it "Cat". Cute!) like Katarina, Katrin, Katarinka, and Katrina.

Here's a list of German names and their meanings...

"Cat" in German is De Katze. Katze is my favorite! "Black" is schwarz. "Lion" is Lowe, "beautiful" is schon (I don't know how to pronounce it but you could spell it like that and pronounce it Shawn),
