I've never heard of such 'home remedies' to kill parasites.But,I have heard of antibiotics used to kill/treat parasites.

Well maybe going to the doctor would be a good idea. Although eating healthy is a good idea, sometimes not everything can be solved without proper antibiotics. If it's tapeworm, then you may need an operation to make sure it is dead...because if you don't kill the head, it will grow back again! Good luck, hope you get better soon xx

Be very careful in taking advised herbal cures. For instance, the one mentioned here with wormwood in it can endanger a pregnancy and cause someone to be over sensitive to sunlight. Always check the ingredient side effects before you take something like this.
