So how is the TSA and Homeland Security doing with protecting the borders and the airways ?
Alot of controversy awhile back over TSA groping kids and grandmas and then of course we have the recent fast and furious issue with the DoJ and a homeland security border patrol agent murdered.
Well how they doing now?
Looks like the new executive order dream act is going a step further with the TSA.
They approved 25 illegal aliens for flight training.. ad a school owned by an illegal alien.

And homeland security... they protected us recently from two dangerous smugglers on the canadian border. they were .. gasp... smuggling some chocolate candy treats home for their family.

I guess they are really battling out there for our safety.
"Why is it that people like you never post links to stories like this?"
I wasnt aware of that story. good job in that case and I have posted positive stuff.
YOu have to admit though the one i linked is pretty unexcusable.

If they drop the bodyscanners and groping, they are generally second best to israel.
I've been to foreign airports where they use a dinky xray that was never meant to handle that much luggage. They commonly irradiated the entire line, you could see the sparklamp go off inside.
I've gotten on planes without having my carryon luggage xrayed. I was told to push my luggage into the scanner, except, there was luggage already in there. I ended pushing all my luggage to the other side. The only thing they xrayed was my wallet, but not my giant backpack or my coat which were in separate bins. And as for the moat dragon, they put a guy in back of the metal detector, so when you walk through the arch, they guy asks "wtf you want".
For reference, these were all flights to the US.
