How much can you find a cheap bottle of wine for in Maryland (Baltimore County)?

Approximately!

I'm trying to find the budget for our welcome back party in college. Honestly, the cheaper the better because we're looking for quantity over quality!

Also, do red wines and white wines cost about the same?

(Yes, I am over 21, just not in the area so I cannot check for prices)

    I'd guess about $7-$10 for a decent wine. And generally red wine is more expensive than white, just for the reason that fermenting the red takes more time.
