okay well im almost 15 and hes 16. i like him alot! when i was 12 me and my friends used to creep him out but we stopped. he became friends with one of my best friends and we hung out once. now he says hi to us when he sees us and he makes small talk. he doesnt think were creppy anymore. but how can i start to become his friend? i dated his brother in the beginning of the year if that affects anything. thanks
