I want to get a tan how do i stay safe?

I'm going to spain for a week and i will be doing nothing but sun bathing and swimming but how can i ensure that i stay safe other than suncream (with factor 30) that is put on reguarly and aftersun in the evenings. I won't stay out in the hottest hour of the day. What else can i do and any tips?

That's pretty much it. Remember if you are in the pool to get out every hour or so and reapply suncream, get the kids waterproof stuff if you can. The water magnifies the sun and will make it much easier for you too burn.

nicely, the "superb" circumstances of the day to be interior the solar are previously 10:00 am and after 3:00 pm, whilst the UV rays are at their least risky. And, of direction, continuously placed on sunscreen w/ an SPF of a minimum of 25. don't get too tanned, lady!! i've got discovered that maximum adult adult males could like a touch tanned lady yet no longer a charcoal-burnt-finding lady!! ;)

honestly, sunscreen is the only thing you can do to keep yourself safe. i'm from spain and i would also recommend you to bring a beach umbrella.
