I'm organising a gold DofE expedition (4 days, 3 nights) and each night, I plan on giving the winning team (of 5 or 6) a few prizes for their efforts. So far, I've been thinking marshmallows, hot chocolate and a bean bag each (to sit round the fire on)

What other prizes can I give them?

I have to give a presentation about what I would do in the role of head girl and so far all I can think of is a mentoring scheme between gifted and talented students and those in bottom sets to improve their grades. What other things (I.e other schemes) can i do?

P.s. our school already had a school council and student voice scheme, as well as many extra-curricular clubs (Eco-club)

I keep on getting pins and needles, sometimes it is when my legs are crossed or I'm kneeling however, I also get them when I am lying down with my legs straight out or when I am sitting on a stool with my legs dangling. Could there be an underlying cause?

How can I prevent them?

BTW I get them a a couples of times a day and I it's normally in my feet, not in my lower legs or above.

I'm not suicidal but what's the point in life, we enjoy, we suffer. I'm constantly bullied, I'm not great at school and I still have to live. I know there are people dying who need things I have so why am I here? Please don't say god as I am an atheist. Our loved ones die eventually, I'm going to die eventually. So why do we live? Please give me another reason other than to enjoy life..

I've never felt truly suicidal or self harmed myself, but I don't enjoy life anymore. I'm 14, fat, ugly and the friends I do have are starting to turn on me. I know you can say make new friends but there truly is no one else I can turn to. I try to be friendly and kind and from what I think I'm not weird or odd. I want to die sometimes but I don't want to kill myself. I just can't see anything good in my future. What can I do to make life bearable?

I've decided I want a career in medicine and I'm not sure what careers there are in it I can't find any info!? I've narrowed it down to either being an emergency doctor in A&E or cardiotharacic consultant but I'm not sure how to get there. I'm entering my college (sixth form) application in June so I was wondering what I need to do to get there. I'm guessing biology, chemistry and maths at A level, but what else do i need to do?

I love my mum to pieces and she means a lot to me. I am 14 years old so I don't want to make her anything to crummy but I don't want to buy her something because I think making her something will show my love more. I am already going to make her a card and cook dinner for her ( would do breakfast but I'm away until the afternoon on Mother's Day) so what can I make her?

What are excuses to go (ie I'm going to the cinema) because that's the only one I can think of that would take a similar amount of time. But how do I get the presents in the house without my parents noticing because they are home most of the time that I am. Ps I'm 14 if the makes a difference

He's coming back for a few weeks but what should I get Him? We usually spend £15 pounds on each other. I'm can't get him an Itunes voucher because he doesn't have an apple product or use Itunes. He doesn't Have a kindle so i can't get him a voucher for that. I asked my mum and she said don't just give him money but I'm not sure why. Any way i've going to get him his favourite chocolate snacks (Walnut Whip and CHocolate Brazil nuts) but what else can I get him?

My family is looking at getting a film website subscription but we are not sure which one is the best. We would want films for teenagers and adults. And we have a wii, iPad, laptops, TVs and DVD player. Which one would be the best us?

Basically I have a lot to do today so could i make the meat mixture (normally) and then put it in the slow cooker (with out the pasta sheets) and just leave until I want to put it in the oven later?

On my laptop, (I'm on my mums) I can't get connected to the internet even though they both connect to the same box. I tried to get the computer to diagnose the problem and it just says one option :

1. plug a cable into the network adapter "Local Area Connection"

WHat does that mean and what can I do? It's not a problem to ask the provider because my mums computer works fine.

I'm making my own healthy low fat recipe book for family meals (not to sell, just for my family) and i was thinking what can i have with oven fried chicken (which btw i have the recipe for) . I want something healthy yet nice and something other than salad please?

My brother had cold like symptoms Saturday 14th until Tuesday 17th and then he was fine, He went out on THursday and Friday and on Saturday 21st he came really ill (headache, hot and cold, coughing up flem every minute, sore throat) and stayed in bed then still with the same symtoms he had he got out of bed and started moving round the house. He touches everything. THe computer, tv remote, all the sofas, a few of my books, the home phone, CDs, DVDs and everything in the kitchen. We are going on holiday this Saturday (28th) and i dont want to get ill. He still has the same symptoms except now he went in the toilet for 30 minutes, came out blew his nose and went back in, he still hasnt come out. (I dunno whats wrong with him now) but he is still touching everything. I cant touch anything in the house and started cleaning everything he touched but i couldn't keep up. I literally can't eat anything in the kitchen because he has touched everything and i cant go to the toilet. I cant even get a drink. What can i do?

PS He's 18 im 13

I'm picky so i want to take a small plastic tub of marmite (for toast), a few packets of dried muschroom couscous (not made up, just dried couscous) (For when my family eat out) and small packets of dried active yeast. (to make pizza base dough)

I know you can buy some of this in Spain but I already have yeast that needs to be used as well as a lot of couscous and marmite so can take this?

PS Im flying with Thomsons of that helps. ANd would it have to be in hand luggage or suicases.

I'm going to a villa in Spain and it has an outdoor pizza/bread oven (exact words from website) but i've looked through the pictures of the villa and there isn't one of the oven so what type is it likely to be? and how do i use it. Please can you name a few different types incase is isn;t the first option?

PS If i have to burn wood, do you think they will provide wood?

I'm going to spain for a week and i will be doing nothing but sun bathing and swimming but how can i ensure that i stay safe other than suncream (with factor 30) that is put on reguarly and aftersun in the evenings. I won't stay out in the hottest hour of the day. What else can i do and any tips?

About 20 mins ago my neighbours vicious dog escaped from their garden (buried under hte fence) into my garden and the dog attacked mine. He's got a bite and my mum and dad won't let me see him so there's something wrong. Willl he die? I'm so worrried im crying and i don't want him to die. If he was okay my parents would let me see him wouldn't they?

Im 13 so what can i take. I don't want to take portable DVD player, DS, PSP etc. THe only piece of technology im taking is my kindle and phone (turned off) but the flight is 12 hours long so what else can i take. So far i have :

-Kindle (with plenty of books)

-Puzzle Books

-A Revision Book to flip through and do practice questions.

What else can i take.

PS. Im talking about entertainment for the flight, dont worry about things like water, passport, money etc.
