Unfortunately you'll most likely get a regular fee for each kitten. In my city, and I believe in most cities the cheapest way to get this done is to contact your local Humane Society. Ask if they have any deals or any coupons available. Also, if these kittens were born of a feral cat, you might get the super cheap fee they charge for feral cats that people bring in.
Many Humane Societies also offer a reduced rate(sometimes free!) for people with a low income.
There's also something called "Mom's last litter" where they will fix and mother and all of its kittens for free.

Some vets will give you a multi-pet discount - mine does. You need to call and ask. But your best bet will be to call your local shelters to see which ones offer a low-cost spay/neuter program. The ones in my area are as low as $20, and the most expensive is $79 for a spay. All include a free rabies vaccine (if the kitten in old enough for it). Make some phone calls, and you'll know what is available in your area.

Vets don't normally offer package deals but your breeder should have contributed to the cost. Sometimes RSPCA or Cats Protection League do it for free when your tight for cash.
Definitely neuter and spay them though, it's the very best thing to do!!

Depends on weather your as registered breeder or not.. also depends on the vet..
I used to get discounts on all kitten vaccines and spay/neuter before they went to New homes...
Ring around and ask..

fees selection by way of region, state, county, et cetera. call your community clinics and ask what they could desire to furnish. some clinics furnish a flat fee for litters to determine there won’t be further breeding, yet only in case they won’t, don’t be afraid to touch your community shelters and spot in the event that they won’t take on the job for a flat fee.
