OK, so if this happened just now,
CAREFULLY get her into her crate, or a quiet room that she is used to.
It sounds as if she has ahd a seizure, and you need to be very careful - sometimes they don't realize who is near them, and can bite.
Make sure your dog is safe - not up on a bed or in a large space, and call your vet.
There are many causes for a seizure, although the most common one is epilepsy of unknown origin - which is more often than not genetic.
The most important thing is to keep her quiet for about an hour, and you can also give her a table spoon of MELTED vanilla ice cream if you have it - for the sugar. Often dogs taht have had a seizure have low blood sugar, and that contains justthe right amount.
Call your vet right away and let them know what has happened, and ask what to do.
Here is more information for later -

I seriously doubt if your vet knows whether or not it was a seizure simply by what you told him.
Heart problems are usually pretty easy to diagnose, brain tumors need either an xray or cat scan to accurately diagnose, but a dog that falls over, twitching, then gets up doesn't sound like any heart or brain problem I've ever encountered. Without seeing your dog, noone, including your vet, can give you a proper diagnosis.

She may have had a seizure or something else. She needs to see a VET immediately. There is nothing anyone here can do except tell you what you need to do which is, again, go to the VET.
