Is Cortizone10 with aloe harmful to cats?

We have 10 cats, it seems all have fleas and we tried flea powder and Knockout with very poor results. Before trying this I thought I'd ask others who may know. If it helps all but 2 were strays until a year ago. Our 11th is being neutered as we speak. I know keep him away lol if I can I will.

you need to get a product called frontline which is drops that are applied to parted fur directly onto the skin of the cat. each cat must be treated. it keeps fleas away for about 6 weeks too and then needs to be reapplied to prevent further infestation. it is usually only available from vet surgeries or online. if you have 10 cats i would advise putting flea powder etc all over carpets, mattresses etc. also hoover them lots and lots. this applies to all soft furnishings and everything that you can put in the washing machine do so at a high heat. you must repeat the hoovering for a while if you think your house is infested also which is likely considering all the cats you have. i had a flea infestation in my home from one cat and in the end i had to buy a new bed as i was waking up each day covered in bites. there is such a thing as a flea bomb which is supposed to kill all fleas per room but it is quite toxic to fish and birds if you have any. consult a vet also, but vacuuming and frontline are the most effective. fleas can lay eggs that can lie dormant in carpets and then reactivate when they come into contact with body heat which is why its important to remove them from carpets bedding etc.
