Anime Quiz : Delinquents!!!!!!!?

Question

Yup.... a bad guy who turns out to be good, that usually applies in anime. Some anime characters only owns the traits by the face, a scar or something like that. The look at the eyes like they want to eat you, but actually they're a Good Samaritan, hahaha....

The question now is about these group, whether they are one of them, or mistaken for one of them. 1pt for character's name and 1pt for origin.

1.	The one who own the Devil’s Right Hand actually had a girl stuck on it.
2.	This guy always wears black sunglass and growing beard because the one he likes thinks it was cool, at that time. He can talk to animals.
3.	He’s a cook at a restaurant, and whenever he’s feeling down, he usually bully the shortest person who work there, by tying her hair weirdly.
4.	Being chased by “Biri Biri” girl whenever she sees him never let’s his life getting any easier.
5.	He’s being asked by a friend to use a catch phrase “toilet seat cover” whenever he wants to speak. 
6.	He is a student representative for a class that use cardboard box as a desk to study.  Another student representative likes him, but he can’t accept it, since he will lose his freedom if he does, really….
7.	A common teacher who doing German Suplex on another teacher because that teacher calling his students “trash”.
8.	A good wooden sword user who managed to get a soul of a thief as his spirit partner. 
9.	A soldier who transform a sissy school rugby team to a vicious ones.  
10.	A red hair guy who’s being rejected by girls many times. Even though his hair is cool-looking, he cut once it because his defeat in basketball.

one million. Death the child. two. Start to suppose unhappy, considering I have a overwhelm on any person in truly lifestyles, and my overwhelm has visible the anime person kiss me...and he's going to run away unhappy...to be able to make me suppose gulity. three. Death the child. I would care much less for a cookie. If it was once Popcorn, that might be an additional tale. four. We might wait till a whole moon is going. We might keep within the woods in combination. We each like symmetry, and darkness, so we might select that. No, weren't by myself. Considering that there are animals and wolves out of a night time. five. I do not reply. I name my peers, and inform them to watch out for him. I name the police and arrest Death the Kid. I do not wish him to kill or beat up anybody. 6. I'll simply wait positioned him in a oven, or take him to the seaside, stay up for him, to get up, and unfreeze, I take Death the Kid residence. After, I name the police. 7. That might be unusual.

#5 Would be Yohei Sunohara. The friend who told him to use that phrase is Tomoya Okazaki.

BTW: Those characters sound very interesting, could you get me the name of the animes they are in?
