The Mirena IUD. I got it about two months ago and OH MY GOD I cannot recommend it highly enough. The insertion was definitely no walk in the park - ouch! But it was so worth it. I wont have to worry about pregnancy for five years (which is nice, because I just turned 21 and am a sophomore in college), I don't have to remember to take a pill every night, and its a lower dose of hormones, so my skin is feeling a lot healthier.
