What makes you sleep?

So for the past week or so i havnt been able to sleep properly. I normally end up falling asleep between 3 and 4. Anybody know what i can do to help fall asleep earlier?

    I take melatonin. It's the only thing that works for me.

    You could take Melatonin (a natural pill that helps release natural hormones to help you sleep).

    If you're thinking about something that helps you keep awake, write down whatever is on your mind. Writing it down often makes it release from your brain (at least it does with me).

    Try waking up earlier and not taking a nap to get your body back onto a regular rythmn.

    I uasaully just watch tv a bit until I feel a bit sleepy or just put 6 hours of rain on YouTube for my iPod and just listen to it. Or I just pray for my family or to sleep good (etc.) but don't worry I be been doing that 2

    masturbation. makes me drowsy and tired due to the endorphins released.
