Why am I so thirsty and tired?
I'm 20 and have diabetes, I've been eating right and my levels have been fine yet I have been drinking over 10 litres of water a day, urinating nearly every hour, have a dry mouth all the time, muscles are sore and cramping and I feel tired and lethargic all the time.. What could be wrong? I should go see a doctor but I've recently moved and don't know where anything is.. Please help me...

Go to emergency #1. I'm guessing you have type 1 so you need to see a doctor because you're body might have changed the way insulin is used or less is being produced. If you have type 2 keep hard candy with you and get a checkup doctor to get correct meds.

Have you been testing your sugars? It sounds like you're hyperglycemic, test your blood and take some rapid insulin. See your doctor asap.
